Return & Refund Policy

At Voltnest, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our industrial power solutions. This policy explains our cancellation, return, replacement, and refund processes.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched from our Pune warehouse.
• To cancel, please contact our support team immediately at support@voltnest.in with your Order ID.
• Once an order is shipped, standard return policies apply.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging.
• All accessories, cables, and manuals must be included in the box.
• Custom-built power supplies or clearance items are non-returnable unless found defective upon arrival.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your SMPS or adapter arrives damaged or fails to function correctly out of the box:

• Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos or videos of the defect/damage as proof.
• Eligible units will receive a free replacement or a full refund at your discretion.

4. Return Process

1. Email us at support@voltnest.in to initiate the return.
2. Provide your Order ID and the specific reason for the return.
3. Our team will either arrange a pickup from your location or guide you on how to ship the item back to our Pune office.
4. Refunds or replacements are processed only after a technical inspection of the returned unit.

5. Refund Timeline

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Depending on your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking), the bank processing may take an additional 3–10 days to reflect in your account.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product for a different wattage or pin type, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order on the website.
