At VoltNest, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our process for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.

  • Certain items (e.g., custom orders, clearance items) are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund after verification.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@voltnest.in with your order ID, reason for return, and proof of issue (if applicable).

  2. We will arrange pickup through our courier partners or guide you on how to ship it back.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Depending on your payment method, the credit may take 3–10 additional business days to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product for another model or variant, please follow the return process and place a new order.
